The closing dates for this month are as follows:

1.     For funds involving fixed asset accounting, the closing date is Wednesday, November 26.

2.     For funds not involving fixed asset accounting, the closing date is Thursday, November 27.

Notes:

• After 5:00 PM on the closing date, the issuance of vouchers for the current month and submission to the Cashier Section for payment processing will be suspended.
• These closing dates will not affect the operation of the online requisition system. All units and our office will continue to accept purchase cases (payment request forms) for joint review and approval.
• For purchase cases (payment request forms) requiring urgent or time-sensitive payment, please be sure to allow sufficient time for processing by all reviewing units, approving authorities, and our office. Submit reimbursement requests, documents, and vouchers as early as possible to avoid delays in payment.
